Privacy Policy

Jonos Intelligence LLC (“Jonos Intelligence,” “we,” “us”) provides software that helps commercial trade contractors prepare quotes and manage job information. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: ops@getjonos.com.

Information we collect

• Account information you provide — name, email, company, and the job, quote, and contact data you enter into the product.
• Connected Google data, only if you choose to connect a Google account — Gmail messages and Google Calendar events you authorize us to read, used solely to surface job-relevant information inside the product at your direction.
• Usage and technical data — sign-in events and basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

We use your information only to provide, secure, and improve the product for you — for example, to display your jobs, generate quotes, and (where you connect it) surface relevant email and calendar context. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your operational data to train models or for advertising.

Google API data

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data is used only to provide user-facing features you request, is not transferred to others except as needed to provide those features or as required by law, and is not used for advertising or model training.

Service providers

We share data only with providers who process it on our behalf to run the service: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (the AI model that processes your requests), and Google (for connected email/calendar). Each is bound to use the data only to provide their service to us.

Data retention & deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data — including revoking Google access — by emailing ops@getjonos.com. You can also disconnect Google access at any time from your Google Account permissions.

Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, tenant isolation, and access controls to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you of material incidents as required by law.

Changes

We may update this policy; we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
